La Jolla, California - After winning the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) regular-season championship for the third-straight season, the University of California San Diego women’s basketball team is back in the NCAA Tournament. It is the Tritons 11th all-time appearance in the NCAA Divison II postseason, and have advanced as far as the Final Four in 2007. The Tritons enter the West Regional winners of 23 of their last 25 games, including a near-flawless 22-1 record in conference play. UC San Diego went a perfect 12-0 in true road games during the regular season and is 16-2 overall this season in games played away from its home gym RIMAC Arena.
