San Diego, California - Therapy dogs, meditation and free coffee are among the many things the San Diego State University Love Library is offering students to help cope with the stress of finals.

With the help of Counseling and Psychological Services, students can participate in stress management workshops, bio-feedback sessions and interact with therapy pets to take a break from finals.

Tuesday, May 6

  • Meditation — 10 a.m. in Room LA2203.
  • Baxter the therapy dog — 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. at the Reference Services area

Wednesday, May 7

  • Biofeedback — 12 p.m. in the Reference Services Area

Friday, May 9

  • Baxter the therapy dog — 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. at the Reference Services area
  • Stress Management — 2 to 3 p.m. in the Tutoring Center

Monday, May 12

  • Andie the therapy dog — 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Reference Services area

Tuesday, May 13

  • Stress Management — 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Tutoring Center
  • Baxter the therapy dog — 1 to 3 p.m. in the Reference Services area

Wednesday May 14

  • Baxter the therapy dog — 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Reference Services area
