San Diego, California - Summer is here and that means it’s time to go swimming. The County’s Department of Environmental Health is out and about year-round inspecting public swimming pool locations to make sure they are safe in order to protect the public from getting sick and to prevent drownings. That’s over 7,300 bodies of water, such as pools, spas, and splash pads, in apartments, hotels, parks and other public spaces.
