San Diego, California - The San Diego Chargers placed center-guard Chris Watt on “Reserve-Injured” with a shoulder injury and signed guard Craig Watts to the active roster from the practice squad, the Chargers announced Monday.

Watt injured his shoulder during last Sunday’s game in Baltimore. A third-round pick of the Chargers in 2014, Watt had played in five games this season while starting three.

Watts, 6-4, 320, comes up to the active roster from the practice squad, where he’s spent the majority of the 2014 and 2015 seasons. Watts, who wears No. 64, played collegiately at West Texas A&M.
