San Diego, California - The San Diego State baseball team came in at No. 25 in Baseball America’s national rankings for the second consecutive week on Monday morning. After winning a weekend series against Mountain West foe Air Force, the Aztecs stand at 10-5 on the season and 4-1 in conference play.

The Aztecs were featured in Baseball America’s rankings for the first time since April 23, 2009, last week. SDSU is the third highest California team in the rankings, trailing only No. 3 Stanford and No. 16 UCLA. The Aztecs are also the fifth-highest ranked team from a non-power 5 conference.

The No. 25-ranked Aztecs begin a four-game road trip tomorrow at San Diego. This weekend, the Aztecs head to San Luis Obispo, California for a three-game non-conference series against Cal Poly.
