San Diego, Arizona - SDSU’s Aztec Aquaplex has once again been selected to host the nation’s best women’s water polo teams as the University and venue will welcome the NCAA Women’s Water Polo National Championship in 2012. The announcement comes after San Diego State played host to the same event earlier this year.

San Diego, California - San Diego State’s allotment of tickets for the Sept. 18th football game at Missouri are now on sale, the athletic department announced today. Aztec football season ticket holders or members of the Aztec Club may purchase tickets for SDSU’s first visit to Faurot Field since 1979, by calling the Aztec Ticket Office at (619) 283-7378.

San Diego, California - The three-time defending AFC West Champion San Diego Chargers will play their first of five nationally-televised games this season when they head to Atlanta to take on the Falcons at the Georgia Dome. CBS Sports will televise the game with kickoff set for 8:00 p.m. EDT (5:00 p.m. PT).

San Diego, California - The Chargers will hold the first of three public practices this Wednesday night, Aug. 5, at Qualcomm Stadium from 7:00-9:20 p.m. The parking lot will open at 5:00 p.m. and stadium gates will open at 6:00 p.m. Parking and admission are free and concession stands will be selling hot dogs for $1.00 each.
