San Diego, California - The Department of Justice Thursday charged a California man with federal hate crimes, including the murder of one person and the attempted murder of 53 others, for his actions during the April 27 shooting at the Chabad of Poway Synagogue in California. San Diego, California - Jonny Ngo, the former president and chief executive officer of NL Technology, LLC, was arraigned on a 21-count indictment charging him with wire fraud, mail fraud and money laundering in connection with operating a $65 million investment fraud.
