Valley Springs Man Sentenced To 25 Years

Fresno, California - Nicholas Carroll Watkins, 30, of Valley Springs, was sentenced Monday by Chief U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. O’Neill to 25 years in prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release for receiving material involving the sexual exploitation of minors, U.S. Attorney McGregor W. Scott announced.  Watkins will also be required to register as a sex offender.

San Francisco, California - Douglas Pippert was sentenced to 210 months in prison for production of child pornography, announced United States Attorney Alex G.
