CPA Sentenced for Role in Racketeering Enterprise

San Diego, California - Luke Fairfield, a San Diego-based Certified Public Accountant, was sentenced today to 21 months in prison for his role in the criminal enterprise led by former USC football player Owen Hanson – an international drug trafficking, gambling, and money laundering organization known as “ODOG.”

San Diego County Board of Supervisors Approve Newland Sierra Development

San Diego, California - The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted 4-0 Wednesday to approve the Newland Sierra project that plans to build 2,135 homes, commercial space, parks, trails and a school site in North County along Interstate 15 near Escondido and San Marcos.

Encinitas Search Warrant and Drug arrests

Encinitas, California - On Wednesday, Detectives from the North Coastal Station Sheriff Station's Street Narcotics and Gang Detail served a search warrant at the residence of Robert Lorifice, located at in the 1600 block of Blossom Field Way, in the City of Encinitas. Upon search of the residence, Detectives located approximately 1 lb. of methamphetamine, ½ lb. of heroin, 850 Xanax pills (possibly counterfeit), psilocybin mushrooms, a large amount of cash, and additional evidence of drug sales.
