The courses are part of the new Caltech-Huntington Program in Visual Culture, established last year with a grant from The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. Juneau, Alaska – The U.S. Department of Agriculture is seeking public comment on a draft environmental impact statement offering a range of alternatives to roadless management and a proposed Alaska Roadless Rule. If adopted, the proposed rule would exempt the Tongass National Forest from the 2001 Roadless Rule.
Man Pleads Guilty to Multi-Million Dollar Counterfeit Cellphone Scheme
Boise, Idaho - Artur Pupko, 28, of Boise, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to trafficking in counterfeit goods, U.S. Attorney Bart M. Davis and Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division announced Thursday. Sentencing for Pupko has been set for December 17, 2019 before U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill at the federal courthouse in Boise.

San Diego, California - Fady Esho, was sentenced Monday in federal court to 30 years in prison for his aggravated role in a drug distribution conspiracy as well as his participation in an attempted armed robbery ordered by the Mexican Mafia.
